Privacy Policy

Zikir Pro ("the app") respects your privacy. This policy explains, in plain language, what data is processed when you use the app. We follow data minimization: we do not collect data that a feature does not need.

Account & identity

The dhikr counter works offline. You may sign in with Google for cloud backup, cross-device sync and the leaderboard. When you sign in, your Google account's email, name and profile photo are processed via authentication (Firebase Authentication).

Data we process

• Dhikr data: your counts, goals and daily records (synced to your account if signed in).
• Device info: a device identifier (ANDROID_ID, irreversibly SHA-256 hashed), OS and app version, language.
• Push token (FCM): to deliver notifications.
• Crash/diagnostic logs: error type, message, stack trace, device model and version (Firebase Crashlytics + our server).

Location

We use your device location for prayer times and the qibla compass. Your location stays on your device; it is not sent to or stored on our servers. Location permission is optional — you can also pick your city manually.

Ads

The app shows ads via Google AdMob. AdMob may process certain data, including your advertising ID, to serve and measure ads. See Google's advertising policies for details.

Third parties

• Google / Firebase — authentication, push (FCM), crash reporting (Crashlytics) and ads (AdMob).
• Diyanet (Türkiye) — prayer time calculation (via our server).

Your rights

• You can access, correct and delete your data.
• You can delete your account and data from within the app; this removes your server-side data.
• You can revoke notification and location permissions anytime in device settings.
